Tina Fey:'Liz Lemon is more glamorous than me!'

Tina Fey admits her “bedraggled” 30 Rock character Liz Lemon is far more stylish than she is.

“It’s ironic that Liz Lemon is supposed to look kind of bedraggled,” Tina says in the April issue of InStyle magazine.

“She looks way more pulled together than I would if I were going to write for the show. I wouldn’t wear a blazer I’d wear a sweat jacket.”

Tina was then asked who’s the boss in her household.

“My daughter. Kids are definitely the boss of you,” she said. “Anyone who will barge into the room while you are on the commode is the boss of you. And when you explain to them that you’re on the commode and that they should leave but they don’t? That’s a high-level boss.”

Fey who is mom to five-year-old daughter Alice with hubby Jeff Richmond recently opened up about balancing her career with motherhood.

“It is less dangerous to draw a cartoon of Allah French-kissing Uncle Sam. . . than it is to speak honestly about [working moms],” she said.

Fey said people are constantly looking at her with “accusatory eyes” and asking how she juggles everything.

“Sometimes I just hand them a juicy red apple I’ve poisoned in my working-mother witch cauldron and fly away,” she quipped.
