Gerard Butler hasn’t hooked up with Jessica Biel!
Source close to the Scottish star insist Butler isn’t romancing the actress his costar in new movie Playing the Field following her recent split from boyfriend Justin Timberlake.
“There is nothing going on between Jess and Gerard but it’s easy to see why some might get that impression,” reports a source on the set.
“Gerard is charming in the extreme and just about every female he meets is putty in his hands. But he is also a gentleman and supremely professional. This isn’t the first time he’s been linked with a costar and because of his nature it won’t be the last.”
Butler has previously insisted that he refuses to follow dating rules.
“I would want a woman
to call me if I hadn’t called her,” he said. “If I don’t call it’s because I’m busy. But this is why I’m single. But there is also the element that the second you think a girl is maybe not quite as keen, there is a little more interest in the situation.
