Simon Cowell talks Cheryl Cole!

Simon Cowell has hinted he wants Cheryl Cole as a judge on his new American X-Factor.

The music mogul says he’s currently in a battle to convince his fellow producers who to pick as X-Factor judges and it seems he favors his Brit pal and Girls Aloud beauty Cheryl.

“I haven’t got a clue who will be picked,” insists Simon. “You are seeing us in all our indecisive glory because no one can agree.

“I could just make the decision but then everyone would start sulking because everyone has got an opinion.

“I personally know who I would like to be on the show but I’ve got to get everyone else to agree to it.”

Cowell recently revealed he’s considering having two presenters for the US version of The X Factor.

The music mogul who is launching his pop star search competition Stateside this year is worried that hosting the show could be too much for just one person and has revealed he may bring in a second presenter.

When asked if the host would be male or female, he told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show, “Possibly both … You know how a lot of these shows now kind of feel empty when you watch and there is someone sometimes struggling on their own?

“I think on this show it could be helpful to have two.”
