Lindsay Lohan turns down plea deal!

Lindsay Lohan has reportedly turned down a plea deal offered in her felony grand theft case. 
The actress, who is accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from a California boutique, is said to have informed her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley on Wednesday of her intention to allow the case to go to trial. 
TMZ reports that a preliminary hearing will take place on April 22, at which point Judge Stephanie Sautner will take over the case from Judge Keith Schwartz. 
Lohan faces jail time if found guilty of the theft but could also spend time behind bars if it is determined that the incident violated the terms of her previously established probation. 
It was previously suggested that the star was considering legal action against the Kamofie & Company boutique after the shop sold video of Lohan browsing the store prior to the alleged theft incident. 
Lohan denies the allegation of theft.
