Kelsey Grammer selling old marital home!

Kelsey Grammer is selling his old marital home for $7.9 million.

The Colorado chalet which features six bedrooms, seven-and-a-half bathrooms and a wine tasting room was purchased by the actor and his then-wife Camille in 2002, and the former Frasier star is set to make $2.5 million if the house sells for the asking price.

The home boasts a three-car garage and a hot tub, and has 1.67 acres of land attached.

It is one of a number of houses the pair had while they were married, and Camille who was married to Kelsey for 15 years and starred in The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills still lives in a compound in Malibu which the couple purchased in 1998 for $4.5 million.

The sale of the property could fund the purchase of a new luxury home which Kelsey is believed to have recently viewed.

The 56-year-old actor and his new wife Kayte Walsh were spotted looking at a $9.9 million apartment in New York’s Plaza Hotel, which boasts views over Central Park.

The newly-married couple were seen with Charlie Attias an estate agent from The Corcoran Group and Kelsey’s six-year-old son Jude viewing the two-bedroom property.
