Annette Funicello suffers smoke inhalation!

Annette Funicello suffered smoke inhalation from a recent fire that damaged her Los Angeles home in Encino, California, which is in the Los Angeles area.

At the time of the blaze, the 68-year-old former Disney Mouseketeer who has multiple sclerosis –  was at home with her husband and nurse. No one was injured seriously.

The fire was put out in less than half an hour, according to the Associated Press.

Funicello was a Mouseketeer on The Mickey Mouse Club in the 1950s and also starred in movies such Babes in Toyland in 1961 and the beach party film How to Stuff a Wild Bikini in 1965.
